Herzlich Willkommen bei unserem Sustainable Sock Club – Skein-Edition!(Vormals: Sock Skein Subscription)
Die "Skein"-Edition ist das kleine Geschwisterkind unserer Sustainable Sock Club Box. Sie ist genau das Richtige für dich, wenn du tolle natürliche Sockengarne magst, aber schon genug Strickzubehör hast :)
Jedes Quartal erhältst du einen Strang wunderschönes, plastikfreies Sockengarn (non-superwash) in einer exklusiven Farbgebung von einer Handfärber*in gefärbt. Dein erster Strang kommt im Oktober und hat das Thema "Fall Produce" – "Herbsternte".
Der Oktober-Strang des Sustainable Sock Clubs wird Anfang September versandt. Bitte beachte: Wir haben nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Mitgliedschaften verfügbar - wir schließen die Mitgliedschaften am 19.07. oder wenn alle verkauft sind.
So funktioniert unser Sustainable Sock Club:
Als Mitglied in unserem Sustainable Sock Club – Skein-Edition bekommst du jedes Quartal unser exklusives Sockengarn direkt an die Haustür geliefert. Das Garn ist immer plastikfrei und nicht superwashbehandelt. Deine Club-Mitgliedschaft verlängert sich automatisch jedes Quartal. Du kannst sie bis zu zwei Monate vor dem Eintreffen des nächsten Strangs unterbrechen oder kündigen.

Frequently asked questions about our sock skein subscription

We're shipping out your Sock Skein about a month before the official open date, so it should arrive by the mid, latest the end of the last month of the previous quarter. (Example: We're shipping out our October Sock Skein by the beginning of September, it should arrive with you mid to end of September.)
If it hasn't arrived with you a couple of days before the start of the quarter, please get in touch with us!

Our standard shipping option for our Sock Boxes comes in at:
- Germany: €5.90 (DHL Paket)
- EU & UK: €6.90
- US: €10.90
- All other countries: €10.90
It does not include tracking, but we can upgrade you to tracked shipping! Simply add a note during checkout or send us an email (hello@making-stories.com) and we'll send you an invoice for the shipping upgrade.
Additional shipping cost for upgrade to tracked:
- Germany: Already includes tracking
- EU & UK: €3
- US: €2
- All other countries: €2

No, no need to manually renew your subscription! Once you're subscribed, your subscription will auto-renew on the first day of the second month of the quarter (i.e. Feb 1 for the May Skein, May 1 for the July Skein, Aug 1 for the October Skein, Dec 1 for the January Skein).

Yes, you can! To do so, you need to create a customer account with us with the same email address you used to purchase your subscription. (You can also create account right when you check out!)
You can then pause or cancel your subscription up until the renewal date, i.e. the 1st of the month of the second month in the quarter (up until Aug 1 for the October Skein, Dec 1 for the January Skein, Feb 1 for the April Skein, May 1 for the July Skein).
