We're shipping out your Sock Box about a month before the official open date, so it should arrive by the mid, latest the end of the last month of the previous quarter. (Example: We're shipping out our October Sock Box by the beginning of September, it should arrive with you mid to end of September.)

It does not include tracking, but we can upgrade you to tracked shipping! Simply add a note during checkout or send us an email (hello@making-stories.com) and we'll send you an invoice for the shipping upgrade.

No, no need to manually renew your subscription! Once you're subscribed, your subscription will auto-renew on the first day of the second month of the quarter (i.e. Feb 1 for the May Box, May 1 for the July Box, Aug 1 for the October Box, Dec 1 for the January Box).
Yes, you can! To do so, you need to create a customer account with us with the same email address you used to purchase your subscription. (You can also create account right when you check out!)
You can then pause or cancel your subscription up until the renewal date, i.e. the 1st of the month of the second month in the quarter (up until Aug 1 for the October Box, Dec 1 for the January Box, Feb 1 for the April Box, May 1 for the July Box).
