Day 7
Our hands are one of our most precious gifts - they can hold, hug, comfort. They can knit, unravel, give. They can make magic with two sticks and some string.
They deserve our love and attention, and while I'm very, very guilty of not thanking my hands enough, or giving them more TLC, I am pledging now to do better! Starting with these stretches and massages for wrists and thumbs, one of the many wonderful short videos Andrea Lui, The Knitting PT, has published on her YouTube channel.
