A pair of socks to wear in sturdy shoes, to pull on after a long day at work, to peak out from boots. A pattern engaging enough to steer us away from second sock syndrome, yet easy enough to memorize to make for good Netflix or knit night knitting.
This idea led to the Near and Far socks for this collection: A centre panel of reverse stockinette provides the background for a large-scale cable that expands and contracts along the length of the foot. It‘s framed by two smaller cables and leads seamlessly into the cuff‘s ribbing.
