With its simple but eye-catching colourwork, Take Flight brings a little whimsy to any kid’s room, and the sweet basket is the perfect spot for special items. We love the pop of bright, joyful colors against a neutral background here!
Hanna Lisa made a modified Embrace Sweater in Garthenor Beacons as a baby gift - it's the perfect yarn for little ones as it's super soft yet durable! The main color here is Marble, the contrasting color Koi.
Sari Nordlund's Kuutar Sweater is a beautiful statement piece - that lace yoke has us swooning! It is knitted seamlessly top-down, which makes it ideal for trying on as you go. We think it would look stunning in a deep rich jewel tone, or a lighter neutral!
PetiteKnit's Anker's Jacket is a classic by now - wonderfully versatile, and super fun to knit! With sizes from 3 months to 8 years, babies and kids alike will love it. Any of the bright pops of color from our Beacons selection work well for this - as would a neutral if you want to layer the cardi over colourful T-shirts!
Claire Wall's Corbel pattern is one of those wardrobe staples that you just gravitate towards when you pick out what to wear. It's simple cable stitch on the body elevates a classic drop-sleeve silhouette while the stockinette sleeves balance it out so that it ends up being a super wearable, timeless design. Stunning in any light neutral colorway!
Garthenor Beacons is a lovely soft yarn, very easy to knit. It perfectly shows off the cable stitches in my sweater! I love the color Kettle for it's deep dark green, but wouldn't mind experimenting with all the colors in Beacon range!
