Ich liebe eine köstliche heiße Tasse Tee an kalten Herbst- und Wintertagen! Noch besser ist es, wenn die Teemischung von einer großartigen Kräuterkundlerin wie Maria von Daughters of the Red Sunset handgefertigt wird.
Ihr Apple Cider Doughnut-Tee enthält Rooibos (einen köstlichen koffeinfreien Rottee), Zimt, Äpfel, Holunder, Hibiskus, Muskatnuss und Vanille und ist zu jeder Tageszeit ein wunderbarer Genuss.
Zubereitung: 2 Teelöffel Tee mit 350 ml kochendem Wasser übergießen. 4 Minuten ziehen lassen. Kräuter abseihen. Milch und Süßstoff nach Wahl hinzufügen.
