Yoki is a super fluid and light sweater with a top-down drop-sleeve construction and an oversized, boxy fit - ideal over your favorite pair of high-waisted jeans or with a dress! The cable pattern that covers the front is simple and easy to remember (and it can be done without a cable needle!), but looks striking!
The sweater is knitted in one piece, entirely seamless, from the top down. The cabled pattern that completely covers the front is very delicate - it's a very simple system of cables on 2 stitches only that can be knitted without a cable needle. It's also easy to remember, and very addictive! Yoki's straight line and drop shoulder shape make the sweater a timeless and very comfortable basic.

She works in IT and became a knitwear designer by chance, wanting to prove herself she could do it. Marianne is a pragmatic person who was always told that she didn’t have much imagination. For a long time she believed it – but then she started knitting. “It was a revelation. I was able to invent myself on my needles.” Knitting has taught Marianne patience and perseverance, but above all, the sense of detail. She likes to put time and effort into the little finishes that are not necessarily visible but make all the difference.

Looks nice but it is in a line up of projects that I have not started.
I haven’t yet received the package of yarn. Mail mix-up. However, five stars for the Making Stories staff who have communicated with me. I know my order will be resolved!
