Starring The Difference is a wonderfully modern, yet whimsical take on your classic striped cardigan. Worked in three colors, it features a standout yoke that is knit up in your main color and the first contrasting color and transitions into the body with triangles that are both fun to knit and beautiful to look at! The body is then worked with the second contrasting color alongside your main color. Neckband, button band, cuffs and hem create a gorgeous frame for the jogless stripes of yoke and body as they're worked in the main color. Starring The Difference is worked top down with raglan increases so that you can easily customize it to your preferred length.

My name is Julia Exner (she/her) and I live with my family near Berlin, Germany. Being creative and making things has always been a huge part of my life – besides knitting, I enjoy working with wood and love to upcycle things like furniture (or parts of it). I learned to knit as a teenager and made a lot of garments for my friends and family – mostly own designs. A few years ago, after years of abstinence, I found my knitting mojo again … and found out how much fun it is to create new designs.

One of our all-time favorite (and desert island) yarns, De Rerum Natura's Ulysse is an incredibly soft woollen-spun yarn that shows texture - think cables and twisted stitches - beautifully and is perfect for everything from a cardigan for the newest tiny arrival in your family or a shawl for your great-grandmother.
