Matilda combines a gently curving sweetheart neckline with a scattering of lace, creating an incredibly wearable T-shirt that has that certain special extra something to it!
Worked from the bottom up, Matilda is knit in the round until the underarm split. Optional horizontal bust darts can be added for the perfect fit, and short rows help shape the neckline. When you've finished the lace, the shoulders are joined with a 3-needle Bind-Off and neckline and armhole edgings are worked for a polished finish.

Saona is a delightful, lightweight transitional season and summer yarn. It's a blend of 50% Spanish Merino and Manchega wool and 50% Andalusian cotton - all of it traceable, grown, spun and dyed in Spain. Saona is dyed before it's spun, resulting in a beautiful heathered look.
Cotton can be difficult to grow and source sustainably as it needs a lot of water to be grown. So imagine our delight when we found this blend - locally sourced and produced, by a 4th generation GOTS-certified family-owned mill!
