In this post, I wanted to share with you how we work with our designers. We are so happy to include the super talented Emily Greene in this group. Emily is a Brooklyn based designer and when not knitting she designs actual buildings! How awesome is that?!

To celebrate the launch of our latest digital collection STRIPES, we wanted to share with you, the inspiring and sustainable motivation behind of one of Making Stories’ yarn producers mYak.

This month we are talking about the actual ins and outs of how Making Stories has evolved and is continuing to evolve today. We also delve into how the Making Stories team has grown and everyone’s roles and responsibilities.

As you may already know, our mission at Making Stories is to spread the love for sustainably, ethically and transparently produced natural yarns, shine a light on knitwear designers from around the world and help knitters create garments and accessories they love and that last them for a long time.

This month in Making Stories Unravelled, we‚Äôre talking about how Making Stories came about! We learn how Hanna Lisa and Verena met, and made the decision to work together and create a company that promotes independent knitwear designers from around the world and supports environmentally friendly yarn sources.
