With the change in weather, we are suddenly craving hearty soups, hot breakfasts and steaming mugs of spiced goodness! Or is that just us? For today’s post, I asked the Making Stories team if they would like to share some of their favourite Autumn recipes, and they came back with some delicious suggestions!

As I’m writing this the pre-order for JEWELS have been open for a whole week, and we honestly couldn’t be more overjoyed with how it has gone. It’s been a mixture of happiness, pride, stress, and quite a lot of nerves because whenever you put something you love out into the world, it’s both unbelievable joyous and massively gut gurgling at the same time!

In this post, I wanted to share with you how we work with our designers. We are so happy to include the super talented Emily Greene in this group. Emily is a Brooklyn based designer and when not knitting she designs actual buildings! How awesome is that?!

This month we are talking about the actual ins and outs of how Making Stories has evolved and is continuing to evolve today. We also delve into how the Making Stories team has grown and everyone’s roles and responsibilities.

As you may already know, our mission at Making Stories is to spread the love for sustainably, ethically and transparently produced natural yarns, shine a light on knitwear designers from around the world and help knitters create garments and accessories they love and that last them for a long time.
