On March 15, we're launching our new issue - Issue 9,In Bloom!
It's available now for preorder through our store, and our annual subscriptions have rolled forward to start with Issue 9, so those are two things you can already share with your audience with you like.
On March 15, we'll also be launching a limited number of new yarns and kits that will be available until March 31.
During your onboarding process, you should have received an email with your very own partner link. This is a link to our website that's uniquely associated with your partner profile.
When you share this link with your audience - be it on Instagram, in your newsletter, or somewhere else - and someone makes a purchase, that purchase is linked back to you, and you get your 15% commission, yay!
Commissions apply on everything in the webshop - the magazine, of course, but also all our yarns, notions, and subscriptions.
We pay out your commissions once a quarter, via Paypal.
Talking about something without actually having seen it is difficult, we completely get that!
You can get a free copy of all our publications, no questions asked.
For our print products - the magazine, our Kids Collection, and our three books - you can choose between a print copy and a digital version (as long as print is in stock).
To get your free copies, simply log into your Partner account and request them, and we'll ship them out to you!
While we're more than happy to gift you copies of our magazine, we can't do that for all our products.
What we can do, though, is offer you a 10% discount on all the fantastic sustainable yarns and notions that we carry!
Simply enter the discount code you received in your welcome package when you check out on our website. You can use the code as often as you like.
All the makers behind the products we carry are absolutely fabulous, and dedicated to making this world a better place. We hope you enjoy the selection we've curated!
As you know, we're all about transparency, openness and honesty. This is why it's really, really important to us that you are transparent with your audience about being a Partner of Making Stories.
Whenever you post your link, please mention that you are a Partner - and if you explain to your audience what being an Affiliate Partner is, even better! Sharing that you are earning a commission when they place an order with us through your link is, in our experience, also not a detriment for knitters. They like knowing what's up!
Depending on where you are based, there might be additional requirements for Social Media posts and the like when you're an Affiliate (e.g. classifying them as ads, for example). Please look into this for your country - and if you're unsure about anything, get in touch with us!
