  • Passant – Sweater

Passant takes the traditional round shape of confetti and makes it super wearable – in the form of a checkered sweater, worked in two different shades of one color! Bonus: The fun fringe added to the hem and cuffs!

Passant is knit bottom-up and in the round, with checkered colorwork throughout. A three-stitch faux seam along the sides of the sweater helps avoid color jogs. The armholes and neckline are worked with steeks, and the sleeves are worked separately. Once all the knitting is done, the steeks are cut, and sleeves seamed in to create the drop-shoulder silhouette. A 1x1 neckband complements the sweater.
