Flowers & Fields is the perfect shawl for in-between seasons - lightweight, but warm enough to keep you cozy during the early spring or fall nights. Inspired by fields that are just starting to bloom, this shawl is worked up from the tip until it reaches a very wearable asymmetrical triangular shape.

The combination of the intricate flower bud pattern and comforting, meditative garter stitch makes it an absolute joy to knit!

Sample shown is knit in colourway Basalt. Please note that the shawl uses exactly 6 skeins of Beacons, so if your gauge differs or you wish to make a swatch, you may want another skein as a buffer.

NEEDLES
4 mm / US 6 circular needle with a cable length of at least 80 cm / 32” (or needle size to obtain gauge

GAUGE
22 sts x 20 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” (worked flat, in garter stitch, after blocking)
