Hi lovely Collective members,
I'm back with a brand-new post for you, and this time we're looking at one of my old loves: DATA. Yup, not sure if you knew that about me, but I love data. I don't have nearly enough time to dig into it these days, but every once in a while I can't resist to run a few reports to see which yarns sell really well or which blog posts you loved reading.
The latter inspired this post: I got curious and went into Google Analytics to see which of our blog posts got the most traffic last year. Do you want to take a guess?
The post that Claire wrote dives deep into why you might end up with a lot of fabric at your underarm and why for some, this might be a problem, and for others, just fine. She also explores what you can do to fix it, depending on where the source of the problem lies.
If you've struggled with excess fabric bunching up at your underarm, head over to the post and read through it!
It's a great one to share with newer knitters or folx who are just getting into natural yarns, and I desperately, desperately need to get it's sister post - our non-superwash indie dyer list - back up on the blog!
"What you can do when you can't get gauge" walks you through what gauge actually is, how to read the gauge measurements you might find in a pattern, and how you can change your knitting or materials so that you get closer to the gauge you need.
