Our Calls for Submissions

Twice a year, we open a Call for Submissions for knitwear designs as well as essays and illustrations for our Making Stories Magazine.
Usually, you have about six weeks between a new Call for Submissions opening and its deadline. After those six weeks, we'll select about 12 designs from the pattern submissions, and the designers will start working with us on their patterns.
We really, really appreciate the time, energy and effort that goes into every single submission so it's a given for us that every single designer who's submitted an idea gets an answer from us, whether it's a YAY or, sadly, a no. If it's a no, we also offer the option to get feedback from us on your submission.
