Tausendschön is your trusted companion in the spring - a headband to put in your pocket when you go out for that first walk through the just-waking-up woods, to keep you warm when it gets a little chilly.
The headband is worked flat, starting with a provisional cast on and grafted in pattern for an invisible transition. The slipped stitch pattern on the upper and lower edge as well as in the centre resemble trellises where roses can climb towards the sun and where little rose buds will eventually flower. The optional decorative rose and its leaves are worked separately and then sewn in place.
